Our history
The CREDENCE Law Firm is a company that has undergone several stages of development since 1991, when experienced lawyer Vasyl FarinnIk started his first private law practice.
In 2005, it had already become «Farinnik & Partners», and in 2015, «Tatarov Farinnik Galovko» (TFG Partners).
The name was changed, the approaches and the staff were brought up to date, but our most important value endured, the professionalism of our lawyers and the trust of our clients.
This explains the choice of the new name of our law firm – CREDENCE, when in early 2020 it was decided to rebrand and create a new law firm based on a former company, headed by Vasyl Farinnyk, Natalia Drigval and Artyom Trekke.

Appeal Against NACP proceedings
Successful appeal against the findings of a National Agency Corruption Prevention audit of the online income declaration of an Ukrainian Member of Parliament.
Unlawful notification of suspicion
CREDENCE attorneys successfully had twice the court reject the request from NABU (Nation National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine) for the detention of a suspect, by claiming that the notification of change of his notification of suspicion, was not lawfully served to him
